A former deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Kingsley Moghalu on Monday dumped the African Democratic Congress (ADC) after losing the party’s presidential ticket. Moghalu announced his decision to resign his membership in a letter addressed to the National Chairman of the party, Okey Nwosu.
